Maman Is Coming to Southlake, and I’m So Excited
The café we first fell in love with during Christmas in New York City is bringing its coffee, pastries, and unmistakable charm to Park Village.

Okay, Southlake, this is one of those openings I am genuinely excited about.
Maman is coming to Park Village, and if you know me, you already know why this checks every box. Beautiful interiors, good coffee, French-inspired pastries, and that little bit of New York magic that makes an ordinary coffee stop feel like an actual experience.
But this one feels especially personal because our family’s Maman story started during Christmas in New York City.
Our First Maman Memory
We were in New York fully living out our Home Alone Christmas dreams when we stopped at Maman near Rockefeller Center.
There we were in the middle of all the Christmas crowds, holding warm coffee, trying the Martha Stewart holiday pastries, and taking in every bit of the city’s Christmas magic. The kids loved the pastries. I loved every blue-and-white detail. And somehow, that little coffee stop became one of the memories I still associate with the entire trip.
That is why seeing the news about Maman coming to Southlake made me so happy!
It is not simply another coffee shop opening. It feels like a small piece of one of our favorite family trips is making its way closer to home.
What Is Maman?
Maman is a French-inspired café known for its coffee, pastries, breakfast and lunch offerings, and beautiful blue-and-white interiors.
It is the kind of place that makes you want to order something pretty, find a cozy corner, and stay longer than you originally planned.
I am positive Southlake is going to love it!
Maman’s Southlake Location
The new Maman is planned for Park Village at:
Maman1161 East Southlake Boulevard
Southlake, Texas 76092
Public filings reported by local publications indicate that construction is expected to begin in October 2026, with completion currently targeted for late January 2027.
That does not necessarily mean the café will officially open in January. An opening date has not yet been announced, so I will update this story as soon as we know more.
Why I Think Maman Fits Southlake So Well
Southlake knows how to appreciate a place that is both beautiful and genuinely enjoyable.
Maman feels made for a morning coffee date, a slow lunch with a friend, a stop while shopping at Park Village, or one of those afternoons when you just need a pastry and a tiny bit of happiness.
It is elevated without feeling stuffy, charming without trying too hard, and memorable enough that I still think about our first visit years later.
So yes, I am already excited. And when the doors finally open, I will absolutely be there with a coffee in one hand, a pastry in the other, and probably far too many photos on my phone.
