The place we call home
Living in Trophy Club, Texas
A sweet, active community with beautiful parks, neighborhood connections, and everything we love about life in North Texas.

“This is home for us, and I genuinely cannot imagine a more beautiful place for our family to live.”
Life in Trophy Club
Okay, I will try not to turn this entire page into a love letter to Trophy Club, but I cannot make any promises.
This is home for us, and I genuinely cannot imagine a more beautiful place for our family to live.
Trophy Club is small, but that is one of the things I love most about it. It feels peaceful and tucked away without actually being far away from anything. Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Highway 114, DFW Airport, restaurants, shopping, activities, and everyday errands are all within easy reach.
But when you come home, it feels different.
People are always outside here. They are walking, running, riding bikes, heading to the parks, walking their dogs, or stopping to talk to someone they know. That everyday activity gives Trophy Club such a sweet sense of community.
It is beautiful, comfortable, and connected without feeling overly busy.
It is our little slice of heaven.
Why We Love Living Here
What I love most about Trophy Club is that it feels like a real community, not simply a collection of houses.
Our family has built so much of its everyday life here. We take walks, visit the parks, run into people we know, spend time outside, and enjoy the quieter feeling of living in a smaller town.
Trophy Club gives us room to breathe while keeping us close to everything we use in Southlake and the surrounding area.
You can be in Southlake for dinner, shopping, appointments, or activities within minutes, but you may be able to purchase more home for your money in Trophy Club than you would in many Southlake neighborhoods.
That comparison will always depend on the specific property, age, condition, lot, and neighborhood. The real value is the combination: proximity to Southlake and Westlake, direct access to Highway 114, beautiful residential neighborhoods, local parks, and a community that still feels small and personal.
What Everyday Life Feels Like
Trophy Club is the kind of place where an evening walk can become part of your normal routine.
There are sidewalks, trails, neighborhood parks, recreation fields, playgrounds, and green spaces throughout town. On any given evening, you will see people outside walking, exercising, playing sports, or spending time at the park.
Because the town is relatively small, everyday life feels easy to navigate. You are not driving across a huge city to reach school, a park, a friend’s house, or a local activity.
Trophy Club itself has restaurants, businesses, recreation, schools, and community events. When you want more options, Southlake and Roanoke are immediately nearby.
It feels peaceful without feeling isolated, which is one of the biggest reasons I love it here.

Explore the Parks of Trophy Club
The parks are one of the best parts of living in Trophy Club.
Trophy Club Park sits along Grapevine Lake and feels like a complete change of scenery without requiring a long drive. Harmony Park, Independence Park, Freedom Dog Park, the community pool, neighborhood paths, and green spaces make being outside part of normal life here.

The splash pad is another favorite with our kids. It is the kind of place where an afternoon disappears and nobody wants to leave.

Trophy Club Park
Trails, lake access, wildlife, and space to explore along Grapevine Lake.
Harmony Park
Playgrounds, sports fields, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and connected pathways.
Independence Park
Sports fields and recreation space that host plenty of community activity.
Freedom Dog Park
Separate play areas, agility features, wooded space, and room for dogs to explore.
Trophy Club Community Pool
A local place for swimming, aquatics, and time outside during the warmer months.

Homes and Neighborhoods in Trophy Club
Trophy Club offers more variety than people sometimes expect from a town this small.
You will find established homes with mature trees, updated older properties, golf-course homes, neighborhoods with community amenities, larger custom homes, and newer sections with more recently built properties.
The original sections of Trophy Club can feel very different from the newer developments. Some buyers love the character, trees, and larger lots found in established areas. Others prefer newer construction, a more planned neighborhood layout, or community amenities.
Depending on the home and neighborhood, Trophy Club can offer more space or a more approachable price point than nearby Southlake while still keeping you only minutes away. But the numbers alone do not tell the entire story.
Age, renovations, street location, lot, proximity to the golf course, HOA structure, school attendance zone, and major systems such as the roof and HVAC can all affect the actual value of a property.
This is where our combined real estate and construction experience becomes especially helpful. We can look beyond finishes and help you understand what you are actually buying.
Schools and Getting Around
Trophy Club is primarily served by Northwest Independent School District.
Several Northwest ISD campuses are located within Trophy Club, including Lakeview Elementary School, Medlin Middle School, and Byron Nelson High School.
Attendance zones can change, particularly as Northwest ISD continues to grow. Buyers should always verify the current district and assigned campuses for a specific property directly through Northwest ISD’s official attendance-boundary tools.
Trophy Club is located along the Highway 114 corridor near Westlake, Southlake, and Roanoke. This provides convenient regional access while allowing the residential areas to feel removed from the busier shopping and commercial districts.
Actual drive times depend on traffic, time of day, and the property’s location, so I do not publish fixed commute-time promises.
Public-Safety Information
Review current public-safety information directly.
Conditions and reporting methods change over time. Buyers should consult current official sources and decide which information matters to them.
A Small Town with Really Good Places to Go
For a town this small, Trophy Club has some truly wonderful places to eat, meet friends, and enjoy an evening close to home.
Social Oak is one of my favorites. It has wine, whiskey, cocktails, a beautiful atmosphere, and a cool speakeasy feeling that you would not necessarily expect to find in a small town.
The Original Roy Hutchins Barbecue has also made Trophy Club a destination for people who are serious about Texas barbecue.
Trophy Club Town Center continues to give residents more local options, and Roanoke’s dining district and Southlake’s restaurants are only a short drive away.
That is another thing I love about living here. Trophy Club feels quiet and residential, but we do not have to give up access to really good food, coffee, shopping, or places to meet friends.

An Evening Neighborhood Walk
Honestly, one of my favorite things about living here. People are always outside, and even an ordinary walk reminds me why I love this community.
My Honest Take on Trophy Club
I am obviously biased, but I am biased for a reason.
Trophy Club has given our family the kind of everyday life I hoped we would have when we chose where to call home.
It is sweet, beautiful, active, and peaceful. People spend time outside. The parks are incredible. The community feels connected. We can enjoy the quieter feeling of a small town while still being minutes from Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, and everything along Highway 114.
It is also important to understand the tradeoffs.
Trophy Club does not have the enormous selection of shopping and restaurants that a larger city has. For many errands, appointments, and activities, you will still drive into Southlake, Roanoke, Keller, or another nearby community.
Some homes are newer, while others may need meaningful updates. Neighborhood amenities, HOA structures, lots, and home conditions vary.
But if you want a place that feels removed from the rush without actually being far away, Trophy Club is incredibly special.
I truly could not think of a more beautiful place for us to raise our family.
It is home, and I love it here.
